Intensive Abstract Inks Workshop
ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
In this 3-hour Intensive Abstract Ink Workshop Celeste will guide those of you that have attended her first "Abstract Inks Workshop" with her wealth of experience and knowledge through all the skills and techniques you need to walk away with a stunning A1 (59.4x84.1cm) abstract ink artwork that you will be proud to show off to your family and friends!
Celeste will take your skills to the next level, demonstrating and explaining step by step, in detail the skills and techniques needed to work with acrylic and alcohol inks to create gorgeous LARGE SCALE abstract artworks. She will provide you with all the resources and compositional knowledge you need to feel confident. Celeste will focus on how to build layers on ink successfully, how to blend and move inks to create stunning textures and details, how to layer the inks effectively yet still maintain a beautiful eye pleasing composition when working at a larger scale and finally how to understand colour placement and balance to ensure your colours stay vibrant and do not turn muddy.
Throughout the class Celeste will move around the room and provide as much assistance and guidance that you feel you need to master the techniques learnt.
This workshop is suitable for participants that attended Celeste's introductory "Abstract Inks" class. Or those who have a fair level of experience working with alcohol inks. Being an intensive workshop it is limited in participants to keep the group size small.
An apron and all quality art materials provided, as well as some yummy nibbles and refreshments. (Just bring yourself!)
